  • This is a photo I took. The groom was posing with family. In addition to the partial head swap, I did some face brightening, some eye lightening, and finally some teeth whitening.

  • Another wedding shot I took. The bride's eyes were shut, so I had to do a partial face transplant to open them. Then I did the standard teeth and eye whiten and lighten. Next I enhanced the detail on the background, and called out more detail on the bride's dress. Finally, I enhanced the overall color of the photo, keeping skin tones pleasant and the dress white.

  • A posed, formal shot of mine. This one is pretty straight forward. The groom needed a head swap, and there was a wayward tree in the background. Finally, the teeth and the eyes recieved the usual whiten and brighten.

  • The bride got to be the subject of the face swap on this photo. Teeth and eyes recieved their standard whiten and brighten, and the dress and flowers got their details boosted. Lastly, I enhanced color on the background, and detail, trying for a slight soft focus "dreamy" look to the background.

  • This is a favorite art shot of mine, and it came from a single exposure, unlike most of my HDR photography. I started by running the raw file through the HDR process, creating a pseudo HDR image. I then did several passes of enhancements to different regions of the image. The horse in the foreground got special treatment first, then I enhanced the grass, removing a few piles of horse droppings as needed. The buildings had their own set of enhancements, as did the foliage in the distance. I specifically boosted some contrast in these areas too, so that not only the detail would be called out, but the patchwork of colored leaves would stand out more as well. And finally, it was overcast when I took the shot, so I let the clouds look as foreboding as possible.

  • Another single exposure HDR shot. Due to the nature of boats bobbing on water (and my lack of a tripod at the time of shooting) a three exposure HDR was out of the question. My usual detail enhancements continued to cause the boat masts to significantly lighten the blue sky behind it, so after much tweaking, I was able to enhance detail and colors without making anything look incorrect. I then removed the edge of a dock from the lower right,

  • Another from a wedding I shot. I removed a light post in the left of the photo, zapped the bride's back tattoo, and then colored her hair. I finished up with some detail enhancement, and some selective color pop.

  • It's a little hard to see some of the changes in this one in a side by side resolution, but many of them are easy to see. First, I lightened the overall forground a bit, whitened and lightened teeth and eyes, and called more detail into the dress. Then I removed many freckles from the bride, and some pimples/spots from the groom. Finally, I enhanced the details and colors of the background.

  • This was the result of several hours of work. I wanted to make a tribute to Pink Floyd, and felt that this image would work well for a "Wish You Were Here" inspired piece. I started by lifting the man out of the image and duplicated him. I then used several of my detail enhancement and color enhancement processes, however I let them stray into a stylistic, almost psychedelic strength. Then I created a simple overlay on the right, and using a combination of masking and gradient mapping I applied the burnt look to the upper portion of it. Lastly, I set the right copy of the little man on fire, and added my text.

  • This is a royalty free stock image. I removed the model's nose ring, changed her lipstick color, her eye color, and her hair color.

  • This is a royalty free stock image. I whitened the model's teeth, and brightened both her teeth and her eyes. I removed numerous freckles. I reduced the appearance of lines on her face, notably around her mouth and under her eyes. Finally I colored her hair.

  • This is from a family portrait I did. Children can be notoriously difficult to photograph, especially groups of siblings. This image was a simple head swap of the little girl in the middle, and a removal of Grandma's reflection from the glass door.

  • Another one from the same family portrait. Three head transplants were done: the man in the middle, the boy in the middle, and the little girl on the lower right. Some color enhancement came next, and I finished it up with a simple straighten, so that the lines of the house's siding were no longer crooked.
